How do I get my files after I buy?

Everything is delivered as an instant digital download. After checkout, you'll get a confirmation email with a download link, and you can also access your files anytime from your Shopify account under Order History.

What do I need to use the presets?

Our preset packs require the matching synth: Xfer Serum 2, u-he Diva, or the specific Arturia V Collection instrument named on the product page. Sample packs (drums, loops) work in any DAW, no extra plugins needed.

Can I use these sounds in music I release or sell?

Yes. All packs come with a standard license that lets you use the sounds and presets in your own commercial releases, remixes, and productions. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the raw files themselves as sample packs or presets.

Are the free taster packs really free?

Yes, no catch. Add a free taster to your cart and check out for €0, no subscription or hidden charges. Signing up for the mailing list is optional, not required to get the tasters.

Do you charge VAT?

No. Aura Sonics is registered under the German small business regulation (§19 UStG / Kleinunternehmerregelung), so no VAT is added to your order.

Can I get a refund?

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we generally don't offer refunds once files have been downloaded. If something's genuinely wrong on our end (corrupted file, wrong pack, etc.), contact us and we'll sort it out.

My download link isn't working, what do I do?

Email info@aurasonics.com with your order number and we'll get you the files directly.
